Metairie Manor IV Independent Living Senior Housing Complete

Metairie Manor IV, managed by Christopher Homes in Metairie, Louisiana, was completed in the fall of 2014. The building is designed for much needed independent elderly housing for the New Orleans area. HMS was given the opportunity to design the project, with strict guidelines from FEMA. This new 82 unit building is now adjacent to the three existing buildings in the complex. The project budget of approximately 10 million stayed on track through the end.

Mimosa Park Elementary Kindergarten Wing Completed

The new kindergarten wing at Mimosa Park Elementary School is now completed, in plenty of time to welcome students back to school for the fall. This 41,475 square foot new wing is designed to accommodate all kindergarten students on the West Bank of St Charles Parish. The project was completed in March of 2014 with a total cost of $7,276,058.Thank you to St. Charles Parish Public Schools and Percy J Matherne Contractor for working with us to make this building a reality for the kids!
